Merchandise Returns
Merchandise purchased from Old Car Network may be returned within 30 days if found to be defective in manufacture or unsuitable for use as described on our web site. Any such merchandise MUST be returned exactly as received, including original packaging. Shipping and return shipping charges are not refundable. To receive return authorization and instructions, please contact us by email at sales@oldcarnetwork.com.

Shortages or Damages
Any shortages or damages must be reported to Old Car Network immediately upon receipt of merchandise (within 10 days of ship date). Any damaged merchandise MUST be returned exactly as received, including original packaging. Shipping and return shipping charges are not refundable. To receive return authorization and instructions, please contact us by email at sales@oldcarnetwork.com.

Errors and Omissions
Old Car Network reserves the right to correct or refuse any sale that is the result of an error or omission. This includes but is not limited to errors in price and shipping amounts. A price or shipping weight/cost of zero should automatically be regarded as an error. Please report any errors or omissions to sales@oldcarnetwork.com.

Limitation Of Liability
Liability on all purchases is limited to a full refund of the invoice amount. This includes refunds for damaged or missing items at time of receipt, items not in stock at time of order, and items returned due to shipper error. Old Car Network assumes no liability for the performance of items sold, and all warranties are limited to those of the manufacturer(s) of the item(s) received.

Credit Cards
Credit card orders are not billed until the order ships, and are only billed for those items that have shipped. In the event that an order is split into more than one invoice, charges for each invoice will be billed separately. Refunds on credit card orders will be applied to the card used at the time of purchase.

PayPal
PayPal will charge your account immediately. We will refund you the amount of any items that are not in stock. Refunds are usually issued with 24 hours. In the event of any shortage due to shipping differences, we reserve the right to request any difference needed to complete the order. Late cancellations/refunds may be subject to an incoming charge from PayPal on the returned balance.

Truck Freight Items
Items that require truck freight are subject to individual shipping rates. All truck freight totals will be confirmed before your order is processed. Credit card orders will be adjusted before the card is processed. PayPal orders will be supplemented or refunded per our PayPal policy (above). Some important things that you should know before ordering truck freight items:
- It is always less expensive to ship to a business than to a residence
- Somebody MUST be present to inspect the item(s) upon delivery, and report any shipping damage in the presence of the driver
- Once the driver leaves, you CAN NOT submit any damage claims for any reason
